For an application, a basic function of this is to set up the page. In order to facilitate my users' use and improve their experience, I added a setting page to the application.
In order to make a more standard setting page, I first referred to the page design in the professional market.
It can be seen that they often use today's popular card layout.
Their design pays attention to column separation and font distance.
Considering the functions of my application, I made some setup items.
They are suitable for the detailed adjustment and function extension of this poetry application.
At first, I wanted to use gray as the setting page. However, after I tried, I found that gray is too boring and easy to lose attention.
I made a color table for the selection of page colors. And try according to the color table to choose the best color scheme.
I adjusted the sink and spacing to make them look more reasonable.
I am also very particular about the details of my APP design. In order to align them, I use a rectangle to check whether they are on a vertical line.
But my application still looks stupid. To make them look simpler and more fashionable, I reduced the size of icons and made them round. It looks much better.
After that, they look much better now.
I think many of today's apps don't give much thought to the user experience in terms of interface design. They should be responsible for the user, and who can stand to look at an ugly and unlearnable application interface every day?
We keep saying: "Think like a user". But the reality is that it's hard to get out of the mindset of designers and developers, because we don't think like users at all, and our subconscious reactions to every interaction and every element are different.
The main thing is to create a user experience that users love and even want, from their point of view, which usually means giving them what they want, but also giving them something they don't expect but really need, and balancing the two.
